The UP Open University (UPOU) Ugnayan ng Pahinungód and Concentrix Philippines will launch the Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) titled Introductory Course on Contact Center Services on 1 May 2021.
The course is available in the UPOU Massive Open Distance e-Learning (MODeL) platform, the official platform for MOOCs of UPOU. To enroll, visit the MODeL website at https://model.upou.edu.ph/.
