To provide more effective and timely support services to our applicants and students, the UP Open University (UPOU) has developed the UPOU Helpdesk. The UPOU Helpdesk (https://helpdesk.upou.edu.ph) is a system that contains all relevant information about UPOU: admission to programs, enrollment/registration, academic procedures, and other matters related to studying with the university.
Please direct all your inquiries, concerns, and requests related to admission, registration, and student concerns to the UPOU Helpdesk.
Email inquiries are being attended, but due to the high volume of emails received by some offices (especially the Office of the University Registrar), please patiently wait for their reply as they will get back to you at the soonest possible time.
