Successful UPCA Applicants to UPOU
Successful UPCA applicants to UPOU are senior students (i.e. Fourth Year, Grade 12, Senior 6) who have chosen and confirmed to study at UPOU under the BAMS or BES program and have passed the most recent UP College Admissions 2021.
Confirmation for Enrollment: 2-13 August 2021
Instructions for enrollment confirmation will be emailed to successful applicants. In the meantime, please prepare the following admission requirements:
- Original Form 137
- Original Form 138
- Photocopy of NSO or PSA birth certificate
- Two pieces identical 2″ x 2″ and 1″ x 1″ pictures
*** More requirements will be included in the email ***
Successful UPCA applicants to UPOU are also required to complete the online Distance Education Readiness Module (DERM). The information about the DERM will be included in the confirmation email.
Issuance of the University Admission Notices: September 2021
Registration Period : 27 September – 3 October 2021
Start of Classes : 11 October 2021
Appeals for Admission
The UP Open University is open to appeals for reconsideration to applicants whose UP Predicted Grade (UPG) is 2.800 or better.
Appeals Period: 16-20 August 2021
Instructions and Requirements :
- Accomplish the UPCA 2021 Appeals for Reconsideration for Admission to UP Open University form (this form will accept responses from 21-27 August 2021); and
- Complete the Distance Education Readiness Module (DERM); instructions are included in the form.
