Not all learning resources/library resources are available online. Books are in printed copies. Some Faculties-in-Charge use other reference materials.
As for an article or book not subscribed by the University, UP Open University (UPOU) students can send their requests through email ([email protected]) with the specific information regarding the material being requested. This includes the title of the article/chapter, journal/book where it appeared, place and date of publication, page numbers to be requested, and other pertinent details. The Librarian finds the article or book chapter and delivers it via email or courier.
