When can UPOU students receive their Form 5? Print

Students of the UP Open University (UPOU) can access and print their Form 5 on the Student Portal once they are done, and their registration/enrollment in a Semester/Trimester are confirmed by the UPOU Registration Section.

They can also communicate with the UPOU Registration Section ([email protected]) for concerns regarding their Form 5.
