Filipino graduates of public high schools who belong to the Top Ten of their graduating class are qualified for automatic admission (i.e. they need not take the UPCAT) starting AY2018-2019 under the Iskolar ng Bayan (INB) Program.
However, they are required to complete the UP Open University (UPOU) Distance Education Readiness Module.
